At Migra Forms Assistance, we strive to provide high-quality services in assisting with immigration forms and notarial procedures. However, we understand that special situations may arise. This Refund Policy establishes the terms under which refunds for our services may be requested.

Non-refundable services

Once the work process has begun (whether through document collection, form preparation, translations, or any other related activity), no refunds will be issued. This is because our services are personalized and begin immediately after payment.

Exceptions

A partial or full refund may only be considered in the following cases:

  • If the customer makes a duplicate payment by mistake.

  • If Migra Forms Assistance is unable to complete the service for reasons attributable exclusively to our company.

  • If the service is cancelled before any work has begun.

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to [your-email@migraformsassistance.com] within 5 business days of the purchase date.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7 to 10 business days using the same payment method the customer originally used.

Third-party services

We are not responsible for fees charged by government agencies (such as USCIS, the Department of State, or other entities), nor for fees charged by third-party notaries public, courier services, or translation services contracted separately. These fees are non-refundable.
